Unused Items
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@techwaregames.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: TechWareGames Returns, London East UK Business and Tech Park, Yew Tree Avenue, Dagenham, Essex. RM10 7FN
If your return is accepted, we will direct you to the store for a return sticker. Note, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A fully Tracked return sticker costs just £1.99 or you can choose to use your own postage.

Damages / Faulty Goods
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In most instances, we will simply replace the items with no need for a return. If a return is required, we will provide a free tracked return sticker. All returns are opened and inspected under video recording for your peace of mind.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@techwaregames.co.uk.
Delivery Issues
Following any issues with delivery, we will log the issue with Royal Mail and work with them which can take up to 7 working days for resolution. During this time, You will be given the option to have the item redelivered and your postage charge credited, or if you do not require the item, please reject the item for a full return and refund. In the event that you take delivery, and do not require the item, we will provide a free tracked return, so the item can be sent back back for a full refund.
